Review of Annual Spectrum Fees in ECTEL Member States

The Eastern Caribbean Telecommunications Authority (ECTEL), on behalf of and in cooperation with the National Telecommunications Regulatory Commissions (NTRCs) of the five ECTEL Member States has issued a consultation on a comprehensive revision of the annual spectrum fees that apply in the five ECTEL Member States.

The Initial Comments period will run from 17th August 2026 to 16th October 2026.

The Comment on Comments period will run from 26th October 2026 to 6th November 2026.

Following the Reply Comments period, ECTEL’s Directorate will revise and submit the Review of Annual Spectrum Fees in ECTEL Member States to the Council of Ministers for its recommendation for adoption in the ECTEL Member States.
